Information we collect

How we use it

Text and WhatsApp messages

If you provide your phone number and agree to receive messages, the organization you gave to may text or WhatsApp you updates through Nedavot. Consent is optional and is not a condition of making a gift. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party. We share phone numbers only with our messaging provider (Twilio), solely to deliver the messages you agreed to receive.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information.

AI features

Organizations can use AI tools in Nedavot, such as drafting campaign text or asking questions about their own donor records. When they do, the relevant text or records are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) only to produce the answer. They are not used to train AI models and are not shown to other organizations.

Children

Nedavot is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
